I have a love-hate relationship with earbuds. I’ve been doing a lot of hot yoga classes recently, because, as a pretty non-sweaty person, it’s the only time I feel like my body can fully detox. Plus, I love it as a form of meditation. When I’m doing three classes in a week, I could drink a thousand glasses of water and still feel dehydrated, so I like to supplement with electrolytes.
