Happy Memorial Day. I’m fascinated by the dopamine dressing trend — basically wearing what boosts your mood — and believe we should be applying it to more than just fashion. I’m talking about buying yourself that silly little drink, taking your favorite workout class, and generally feeling the rain on your skin. So I’m making it my goal this summer to do what gives me more zest for life, including:
Making these turkey burgers. I love this recipe (the secret is adding an egg so the patties aren’t dry). It also happens to be one of the few things I’m good at making. Double dopamine boost.
